Texas Wesleyan University School of Law is pleased to host a fall symposium on the topic of Intellectual Property and Indigenous Peoples, on Friday, October 24, 2008.  The purpose of this symposium is to examine intellectual property concepts as applied to the cultural heritage, art, and artifact of indigenous peoples. We anticipate the dialogue, which will be presented by authors from law schools throughout the country to represent a variety of perspectives. CLE credit will be available to symposium attendees.
